It was taken from in front of the Shinjuku Center Building facing west.On the left is the Keio Plaza Hotel. Actually, from this point Mt. Fuji could be seen so I took a shot of that. You really can’t tell in the photo, but you can vaguely make it out from the right-hand side of the center left. I remember I was really moved when I found that from the middle of the group of Shinjuku buildings, without being in a high place, just on the ground, I could see Mt. Fuji. Now the Tokyo Government Office has been built. The color one was taken in 2011.
